When returning an item, please take note of the following:
- Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us. We do not send return labels. Return shipping charges will not be refunded or included in store credit.
- Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. We do not offer refunds.
- Store Credit never expires.
- Returns must be post marked within 7 (seven) days of the date you receive your shipment.
- Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of an E-Giftcard via email when your Return is processed.
- Certain merchandise, such as gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.
