Returns & Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for shopping with us! When it comes to purchasing online we know how difficult it can be to determine what works for your and your decorated space. With that in mind, we try to offer a simplified return/exchange policy and process to make returning items easy.

IN STORE RETURNS: 

  • All returns must be presented with the tags in the original condition with the receipt.
  • You may return your items within 14 days of purchasing to the correct store for a full refund
  • Certain merchandise, such as gift cards, candles, candle warmers, hand soaps, lotions, and perfumes are final sale items are not eligible for return. 

SHIPPING RETURNS:

  • Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us. We do not send return labels. Return shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Returns must be post marked within 7 days of the date you receive your shipment along with the original packing slip
  • For damaged items please email hello@simpletreasures.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. All damages must have a photo attached of the broken item.
  • Your original payment method will be used to refund you within 7 days of receiving the item at our warehouse, providing all requirements listed above are met.
