Simple Treasures has been located in the heart of historic, downtown Pella for over 15 years. We love our little Dutch community and our business has come a long ways since the days when we sold refinished furniture out of our owner’s garage, or even when we packed a little yellow house chalk-full of pretty things.

In April 2018, our little shop made a BIG move up onto the Pella square. The move to our new location tripled our retail space & we were having so much fun downtown that all of our favorite things could no longer fit into one store! Our second store, Blush, has opened up right down the street.

Fast forward to spring 2025 — we re-branded, refreshed the retail space and brought in new decor styles! Our building is located on the square in a town dedicated to its Dutch heritage, so we chose Simple Hōm as our new name. "Hōm" is considered the Dutch word for "home," derived from the older Middle Dutch word "heem."

Between our two stores we cover a wide variety of our curated decor styles – you'll find Timeless and European-Inspired at Simple Hōm, and Modern Scandinavian and Boho at Blush. We believe we have something for everyone to love.
